The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a biosensor which improves a urease ability. The method comprises the steps of: forming a metallic oxide nanorod on a substrate; attaching a NiO nanoparticle onto the metallic oxide nanorod; and immobilizing urease on the NiO nanoparticle. By immobilizing the NiO nanoparticle which immobilizes the urease on the surface of the metallic oxide nanorod having a three-dimensional structure rather than a flat second-dimensional surface through the method, the urease ability can be improved by increasing the amount of the immobilized urease per unit area or unit volume. |
