PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately handle information concerning an access failure to a network.SOLUTION: The communication control method includes a step of transmitting to a network notice information indicating that a log is stored with a predetermined trigger when the user's terminal stores the MDT measurement log and/or the connection establishment failure log. The notice information is so constituted as to be capable of recognizing a kind of a log stored in the user's terminal.
