PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition that can give a molded article having an excellent balance in dimensional stability against temperature change, heat resistance, and impact resistance. ! SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition is prepared by compounding the following components: a graft copolymer (I) obtained by graft-copolymerizing a vinyl monomer mixture containing an aromatic vinyl monomer (b) and a vinyl cyanide monomer (c) in the presence of a diene rubber polymer (a); a heat-resistant vinyl copolymer (II) obtained by copolymerizing the above (b), (c) and a maleimide monomer (d); a high vinyl cyanide copolymer (III) obtained by copolymerizing the above (b) and (c); a vinyl copolymer (IV) obtained by copolymerizing the above (b) and (c); and talc (V). The talc (V) is compounded by 20 to 30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total compounded amount of the above (I), (II), (III), and (IV); and a ratio (I)/(V) ranges from 1.2 to 1.8. !
