PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suppressing the influence of cable run on signals. ! SOLUTION: In a sensor device 2, a supply cable 31 connects a signal source 12 to a sensor 50 and supplies a signal from the signal source 12 to the sensor 50. An output cable 34 outputs the signal output from the sensor 50. A resistor 16 is arranged near the sensor 50 on the supply cable 31. The resistor 16 is one for matching characteristic impedance of the supply cable 31. A resistor 54 is arranged near the signal source 12 on the supply cable 31. The resistor 54 is one for matching characteristic impedance of the supply cable 31. A shield 32 covers at least part of the supply cable 31. The shield 32 is grounded.
