PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller and power steering device, capable of suppressing degradation in the detection accuracy of a magnetic sensor.SOLUTION: On the outer-peripheral side of a magnet 45, there is provided a magnet holder 38 of magnetic material rotating integrally with magnet 45. When a high current flows through a bus bar 36, the magnet holder 38 absorbs a magnetic field generated from the bus bar 36, thereby suppressing an adverse effect of a magnetic field from the bus bar 36 upon a magnetic field generated by the magnet 45. Thus, the detection accuracy of the magnetic sensor 17 can be improved. |
