<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device in which hotel pans or others can be taken out from or taking into a heating chamber. <P>SOLUTION: Shelf receiving members 220 arranged so as to extend in a longitudinal direction are arranged inside of the heating chamber 120 of the cooking device 100. A plurality of boss parts 240 formed so as to be raised upward from supporting faces 222 are formed in the supporting faces of the shelf receiving members 220.
