<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear luggage room structure for a vehicle enabling easy luggage loading/unloading and improving loading efficiency of the luggage room, while maintaining the appearance in the luggage room when a lift gate is opened. <P>SOLUTION: A tonneau board 4 includes: a front board 20 having a front end rotating shaft 21 disposed in a front end part so as to be parallel to a vehicle width direction and pivotally supported in a side-wall middle stage part of a luggage room 3; a rear board 30 connected to a rear end part of the front board 20 via a hinge part 31 so as to be vertically opened/closed; and a partition board 40 which is raised or laid via a lower rotating shaft 41 pivotally supported in a middle part in a vehicle front-rear direction in a lower part of the luggage room 3 so as to be parallel to the vehicle width direction. When the partition board 40 is raised, rotation of the front board 20 around the front end rotating shaft 21 is regulated so as to form a shielding space in front of the partition board 40 by cooperation of the partition board 40 and the front board 20.
