A display device (1) includes display units (32a and 32b) that display an electronic publication by displaying images respectively corresponding to both eyes of a user by being worn, a detection unit (44) that detects a plurality of bodies that performs operation of turning a page of the publication, and a control unit (22) that causes the display unit (32a) to display a newly displayed page of pages of the publication according to a detection result of the detection unit (44). The display unit (32a) may stereoscopically display the publication in a display space. In this case, the detection unit (44) detects positions of the plurality of bodies in the display space.
