A semiconductor apparatus includes: a memory block including memory cells connected between bit lines and a common source line, and operating according to voltage applied to a word line; and an operation circuit formed to perform an erase operation of the memory block. After the erase operation is completed, the operation circuit is comfigured to further perform an erase level control operation to distribute threshold voltages of the memory cells near the bit lines and threshold voltages of the memory cells near the common source line in different erase levels. |
