<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of vehicular auxiliary machines which suppresses the deterioration of front visibility by these auxiliary machines when a plurality of the auxiliary machines are mounted on a windshield. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting structure includes: a plurality of vehicular auxiliary machines 30, 40, 50 mounted on the upper part at the center part in the vehicle width direction of the windshield 4 of a vehicle 1; and a cover 60, which integrally clad a plurality of the vehicular auxiliary machines from the cabin interior side. The vehicular auxiliary machine 40, of which vertical dimension is the smallest of a plurality of the vehicular auxiliary machines, is arranged at the driver's seat side in the vehicle width direction compared with the remaining vehicular auxiliary machines 30, 50.
