<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference data acquiring device capable of reliably acquiring necessary reference data while suppressing an increase in communication cost required to acquire the reference data. <P>SOLUTION: A reference data acquiring device 50 comprises: a matching point identifying section 51a for identifying facilities including matching points present in a predetermined range from a current position of a vehicle 2; a communication state identifying section 51b for identifying communication states in the facilities identified by the matching point identifying section 51a; and a reference data acquiring section 51c that, for the facilities having excellent communication states identified by the communication state identifying section 51b, acquires only reference data corresponding to matching points present on entrance roads to the facilities before entrance to the facilities and, for the facilities not having the excellent communication states, acquires the reference data corresponding to the matching points present on the entrance roads to the facilities and reference data corresponding to matching points present on exit roads from the facilities before the entrance to the facilities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
