The present invention relates to a machine room hull duct of an FLNG ship and a ventilating apparatus using the same. The present invention has effects of improving space efficiency with respect to a machine room as a hull duct does not occupy a machine room inner space by forming the hull duct to be located in the inner space of an AP tank, smoothly performing designing and installing work by avoiding interference with a complicated apparatus located in the upper part of a main deck as the position of a hull duct is moved to a stern side, smoothly ventilating air through a hull duct by discharging condensed water formed inside the hull duct by forming a drain port in the hull duct, and preventing hull and marine pollution according to condensed water discharge.
