There are control unit, decision-making unit and navigation signal generator. Besides, claimed complex comprises navigation signal transmitter, unit to calculate rages to selected satellites of the system in visibility zone It incorporates computer, unit to calculate the sum of and the difference between measured and design pseudo ranges.
