<p>The invention relates to a device for packaging a make-up composition and for applying said composition to keratin materials, especially the skin, said device comprising: a container containing a cosmetic make-up composition having a viscosity of less than 0.2 Pa.s measured at 25°C, said container being a flexible-walled tube; and a dispenser head comprising a dispenser opening. The device is characterised in that the area with the smallest cross-section for the passage of the composition between the container and the dispenser opening is between 0.2 mm2 and 3 mm2, preferably 0.5 mm2 and 2 mm2, more preferably between 0.8 and 1.7 mm2, and more preferably still, between 1 mm2 and 1.2 mm2.</p> |
