摘要

The present invention relates to a cosmetic material composition having sunscreen function and cosmetics including a water insoluble sponge having the cosmetic material composition. A sunscreen effect (sun protection factor/grade) expected from a sunscreen agent which is included the cosmetic material composition is entirely showed because of improving a problem of a sunscreen agent to be absorbed onto the water insoluble sponge.
