<p>The device has output converters (12) connected to a side of a charger (10) by an input. The charger is a unidirectional voltage and reversible current converter allowing reloading and maintaining energy reserve (11) from a network, in a load phase. The output converters are fed by a supply network (RC), where the reserve is discharged to supply the output converters in a discharge phase and in presence of power failure of the supply network. A non-return module (13') is connected to the side to disconnect the charger and the output converters during the second phase. The non-return module comprises a diode, or a controllable component such as a transistor, a switch, a mechanical relay, a one-way interruptory element or a diode assembled in parallel with a switch and a control module of the controllable component or the switch.</p> |
