A 2D-code decrypting unit (13) decrypts a 2D code detected from a color original- image and generates decrypted data. An image processing device (14) removes the 2D code from the color original-image and then executes image processing which includes color conversion and half-tone processing on the color original-image from which the 2D code was removed. A 2D-code adding unit (15) generates a new 2D code, as a binary image, from the decrypted data, and adds the newly generated 2D code at the disposition position of the prior 2D code in the black plane of the color original-image which was subjected to image processing by the image processing unit (14), and does not add the newly generated 2D code to the remaining planes of the color original-image which was subjected to image processing by the image processing unit (14). |
