<p>A bend manager (100) for use in optical fiber cabling is proposed. The bend manager device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a base (103) having an upper surface (105) and a lower surface (110), and at least one retaining element (115, 120) protruding from the upper surface; the at least one retaining element defines a channel (130) for accommodating an optical communication medium. The bend manager further comprises at least one arc- shaped portion (150) having a radius not lower than an optical fiber minimum bend radius, and rectilinear portions (140a, 140b) each one extending from a corresponding end of the at least one arc-shaped portion.</p> |
