The present invention relates to a thermal shock and a vibration damping block-100A including a cup (11), an internal cushioning material (12), an elastic body (10) made of a sealing cover plate (13), a cushioning material (20), and an uneven hypocaust unit (30). The thermal shock and vibration damping block-100A comprises the steps of: manufacturing the cup (11) consisting of a flat part (11a) and a container part (11b) using one material from rubber, silicone, urethane, epoxy, PVC, PE, PP, and nylon through injection molding or compression molding; injection-molding a sealing cover plate (13) using one material from rubber, silicone, urethane, epoxy, PVC, PE, PP, and nylon; manufacturing the cushioning material (20) by making one material from PE, EVA, EPP, EPS, urethane, and sponges foam in a mold; manufacturing the uneven hypocaust unit (30) having a predetermined thickness through plastic injection, wherein a plurality of hot water pipe protective posts (32) protrudes upwards from a top of a square flat part (31); manufacturing an elastic body buried cushioning body (X) by inserting and attaching the elastic sealing body (10) into a plurality of elastic sealing body insertion grooves (a) of the cushioning material (20); and attaching a bottom of the uneven hypocaust unit (30) to a top of the elastic body buried cushioning body (X) after applying an adhesive to the top of the elastic body buried cushioning body (X). |
