PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress positional deviation when manufacturing an electrode frame assembly for a fuel cell.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an electrode frame assembly for a fuel cell includes: (a) a step of overlapping and disposing a frame and a diffusion layer; and (b) a step of forming at the frame an opening part having a shape that matches the stamped-out diffusion layer formed by stamping out the diffusion layer and the frame in a state of being overlapped.
