<p>A flange tightening training system is for training in suitable tightening when tightening a flange on parts for connecting pipes to each other, and is characterized by having a flange (A4), a flange (B5), and bolts (6) for tightening the flange (A4) and the flange (B5), and by being provided with a flange tightening training means (1) wherein strain sensors (7) for detecting strain generated when the bolts (6) are tightened are disposed in the bolts (6), a calculation means (2) for creating data from the strain on each bolt (6) that is generated by tightening each bolt (6) in the flange tightening training means (1), and a display means (3) for visualization of the data that has been created by the calculation means (2).</p> |
