Provided are a binder composition of an electrode for an electroadsorption deionization apparatus comprising a first polymer including a first structure unit having an amphoteric ionic functional group and a second structure unit having a crosslinkable functional group, a cross-linking agent, and an ionic functional group; the electrode for the electroadsorption deionization apparatus including the composition; the electroadsorption deionization apparatus including the electrode; and a method for removing ion from a fluid by using the apparatus.
