<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder device in which an excessive force is not generated between a piston and a cylinder body by a piston rod being inclined even when a load is applied to an end part of the piston rod and a slide table when the piston rod expands to maximum, and in which the whole length of the cylinder device when the piston rod expands to maximum is shortened and a space necessary for operating the cylinder device is reduced as much as possible.SOLUTION: A cylinder device 10 includes a piston rod 12 which operates by a fluid pressure. The piston rod 12 includes a piston 18 at one end, and the other end protrudes from an end part of a cylinder body 20. A first guide member 32 for supporting the piston rod 12 is provided on an inner periphery of the end part of the cylinder body 20. The cylinder body 20 is fixed at a base part 48, and a second guide member 52 including a through-hole 56 in which the end part of the piston rod 12 is inserted when the piston rod 12 expands is provided at the end part of the base part 48.</p> |
