<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and portable wristwatch type blood glucose level watch device for detecting a blood vessel position.SOLUTION: Pulse emission means is configured of a plurality of LEDs which emit light at a prescribed plurality of timings synchronized with a watch function. Pulse light output from the pulse emission means and emitted at a prescribed plurality of timings comprises a reflection composite pulse configured of first group pulse light having a wavelength excluding near infrared ray and forming a staircase wave, and second group pulse light superposed during an apex part timing period of the top of the staircase wave of the first group pulse light, and having a wavelength of near infrared ray. A CPU sets a reference level by a difference between the staircase wave of first group reflectance pulse light among the composite pulse reflected on the skin, measures a reflectance peak level of second group reflectance pulse light, and calculates a ratio to a reference value as a variation of the reflectance peak level.</p> |
