<p>In order to effectively use surplus ingredients having taken into consideration usage frequency information for the surplus ingredients, this information processing device manages, as recipe information, information on the types and quantities of ingredients to be used in cooking, calculates the quantity of each ingredient to be used on the basis of person quantity information and at least one unit of recipe information selected from the managed recipe information, calculates the surplus quantity of each ingredient from the quantities and the purchase units set for each ingredient, searches for recipe information on the basis of the surplus quantities and usage frequency information set for each ingredient, and executes a process for providing the recipe information that was retrieved. As a result, it is possible to effectively use surplus ingredients.</p> |
