PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved resin film for a decorative sheet or the like capable of laminating to a substrate at low temperature, capable of inhibiting embrittlement of the decorative sheet under use environment and capable of preventing design variation in lamination.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin film for a decorative sheet being a non-oriented film in which a second polyester resin layer including a second polyester resin is provided on a first polyester resin layer including a first polyester resin and a rubbery elastic body. The mass ratio of the first polyester resin is 70-99 mass% and the crystallization degree thereof is 10% or less. The mass ratio of the rubbery elastic body is 1 to 30 mass% and the tensile elongation at break thereof is 550% of more. The melting point of the second polyester resin is [(the glass transition point of the first polyester resin)+100°C] or higher, and the crystallization degree thereof is higher than 10%.
