<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that prevents an output amplitude from attenuating caused by a threshold value of a TFT when configuring a circuit with a unipolar TFT and to provide a display device.SOLUTION: Voltage retained in capacitance means 105 which is added to a potential is applied to a gate electrode of a TFT101 electrically connected to a signal output terminal OUT. Thereby, an output of normal amplitude is obtained from the signal output terminal without generating amplitude attenuation at the TFT.</p> |
