Provided are an acoustic insulator with excellent acoustic insulation and a wire harness with the acoustic insulator. The acoustic insulator is constituted by a nonwoven fabric laminate formed by laminating a plurality of nonwoven fabrics, the nonwoven fabrics comprising a skin material nonwoven fabric and a base material nonwoven fabric having a weight per unit area larger than the skin material nonwoven fabric. At least the base material nonwoven fabric comprises a first base material nonwoven fabric (31) and a second base material nonwoven fabric (32) with the skin material nonwoven fabric (2) being disposed between the first base material nonwoven fabric (31) and the second base material nonwoven fabric (32) to form an acoustic insulator (1). A wire harness (6) with an acoustic insulator is constituted by integrating the acoustic insulator (1) with a wire harness (7).
