PURPOSE:To save the labor for operation of a robot and to improve the working efficiency of the robot by giving previously a basic arithmetic formula to an arithmetic unit and indicating a work, etc. on a graphic display for teaching while the robot is working. CONSTITUTION:A teaching device is provided with a graphic display 1 for display of patterns, a means (mouse) 2 which indicates a point on a display screen, a keyboard 3, a memory 4 for storing graphic information and an arithmetic processor 5. In a robot teaching mode, a sensor is also displayed as a pattern. Then the indication of said sensor is secured on the screen and the input start is designated for a cooperatin instruction. While the control contents are registered previously in response to the pattern and are also displayed when the sensor is indicated on the screen. The contents of this display are selected for execution of the simple input/output with the sensor. |
