The present invention relates to a mobile terminal which is operated depending on motions or voice of a user, a holder for a mobile terminal, and an operation method thereof. The mobile terminal of the present invention comprises: an output unit for outputting a signal and information; an input unit for sensing motions and voice of a user; and a control unit for generating behavior pattern information of the user based on the sensed motions and voice of the user, and predicting a behavior of the user depending on the behavior pattern information.
