The present invention relates to a counter-rotating workpiece apparatus for a gundrill machine, which significantly improves deep hole straightness of a workpiece and further, improves processing ease by rotating and supporting the workpiece in a reversed direction with respect to a rotational direction of a gundrill in case of deep hole processing of the workpiece. According to the present invention, a counter-rotating workpiece apparatus for a gundrill machine comprises: a workpiece gripping mechanism having at least one chucking assembly installed to be rotated in a reversed direction with respect to a rotational direction of a gundrill in a state of chucking a workpiece; a base unit supporting the workpiece gripping mechanism; and a pressurization unit pressurizing a rear end of the workpiece in an opposite direction with respect to a transfer direction of the gundrill in the rear of the workpiece gripping mechanism. The chucking assembly comprises: a rotational body having an insertion hole wherein a workpiece is inserted; at least one chuck arranged in the rotational body to unchuck or chuck the workpiece inserted into the insertion hole.
