<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution structure of a wire harness such that when an electric wire cannot be linearly distributed, the electric wire can be easily distributed according to a space of an outer peripheral part of a vehicle body, and a protector used for the distribution structure of the wire harness. <P>SOLUTION: The distribution structure of the wire harness has a plurality of electric wires distributed in a side-by-side state on one end side, and in a multi-stage parallel state on the other end side, the plurality of electric wires extending from the one end side to the other end side crossing one another.
