<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic giving high glossiness (uniformity of cosmetic layer) and having excellent durability of make-up effect, applicability (spreadability) and emulsion stability. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic includes the following components (A) to (E): (A) a polyoxyethylene sorbit fatty acid ester having an HLB of 10-15; (B) a polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil having an HLB of 10-15; (C) 0.5-30% of a solid oil having a melting point of 60-90°C and excluding 12-22C higher alcohols; (D) a 12-22C higher alcohol; and (E) refined water, and has an average particle diameter of emulsion droplets of 100-500 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
