<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a rigid connection between a bridge pier comprising a circular steel tube pile and a bridge girder while easily absorbing horizontal and vertical construction errors of an upper end position of the bridge pier, and further to reduce a risk of a washout due to rising caused by a tsunami or landslide disaster. <P>SOLUTION: Lower annular hardware 20 is mounted on an upper end of a circular steel tube pile 2 constituting a bridge pier, a lower end of an upper cylindrical member 11 of upper annular hardware 10 fixed to a bridge girder is inserted into a lower cylindrical member 21 of the lower annular hardware from above while securing a vertical and a horizontal clearance, and a plurality of anchor rods 40 are arranged from inside the upper cylindrical member 11 to inside the circular steel tube pile 2. While the upper annular hardware 10 has its position adjusted vertically and horizontally with respect to the circular steel tube pile 2, concrete is charged in the upper annular hardware 10 and circular steel tube pile 2 from above and solidified to connect the bridge pier and bridge girder together and to make the bridge pier into a concrete charged steel tube structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
