<p>A light emitting device according to an embodiment includes: a first conductive semiconductor layer; an activating layer arranged below the first conductive semiconductor layer; a second conductive semiconductor layer arranged below the activating layer; a reflecting layer arranged below the light emitting structure; and a support member arranged below the reflecting layer. The second conductive semiconductor layer includes a first layer arranged below the activating layer and a second layer arranged below the first layer. In the light emitting structure, column structures including the first conductive semiconductor layer, the activating layer, and the first layer of the second conductive semiconductor layer are arranged apart from each other. And the present invention has an effect of preventing light emitted from the activating layer from being released to the outside, caused by a threshold angle, by forming the light emitting structure into the column structure in the shape of a hemisphere.</p> |
