The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for compensating channel quality information and allocating resource in a wireless communication. The method for allocating resources for a terminal of a base station in a wireless communication system is characterized by comprising the steps of: receiving a measurement reporting message from a terminal; calculating a first data amount transmittable for the terminal from a first subframe based on the measurement reporting message; calculating a second data amount transmittable for the terminal in a second subframe based on the measurement reporting message and the first data amount; and allocating resources to the terminal based on the first data amount or the second data amount upon the type of the subframe going to be scheduled.
