Systems and methods for systems migration are provided. A migration engine to perform system migration operations is provided. One or more processors may be configured to execute instructions to perform one or more of the following. Information indicative of one or more migration candidates corresponding to one or more system components in a source system may be collected. A migration strategy may be determined at least partially based on the information indicative of one or more migration candidates. The one or more migration candidates may be mapped to one or more system components of a target system. One or more scripts configured to copy system data and/or application data corresponding to the one or more system components in the source system for migration to the target system may be generated. One or more storage media coupled to the one or more processors may retain the instructions.

1. A system migration engine to perform system migration operations, the system migration engine comprising:
one or more processors configured to execute instructions to:
collect information indicative of one or more migration candidates corresponding to one or more system components in a source system;determine a migration strategy at least partially based on the information indicative of one or more migration candidates, the determining the migration strategy comprising:
prioritizing the one or more migration candidates for migration based at least in part on one or more rules and one or more of criticality of application, complexity of application, and/or release cycle;identifying a sequence for migrating the one or more migration candidates; andgenerating a migration schedule;generate a transition guide that indicates migration steps corresponding to the migration strategy;map the one or more migration candidates to one or more system components of a target system; andgenerate, based on the migration steps indicated by the transition guide, one or more scripts configured to copy system data and/or application data corresponding to the one or more system components in the source system for migration to the target system; andone or more storage media coupled to the one or more processors to retain the instructions.
