1. A patterned light guide panel, comprising:
a base layer; and a skin layer stacked on the base layer, the skin layer having a lenticular pattern extending orthogonally to a light entrance plane of the light guide panel, wherein: a light source is arranged to emit light through an X-Z plane of the patterned light guide panel, and the lenticular pattern is arranged in a Y-axis, the skin layer includes particles, the particles having a refractive index in the range of about ±0.1 with respect to a refractive index of the base layer, and a ratio of the thickness of the base layer to the height of the skin layer is about 100:1 to about 10:1.
