A functional underwear for a man of the present invention comprises an underwear body; and a penis accommodating part contacting with the front of the underwear body, and accommodating a penis, wherein the penis accommodating part includes a first pleat part formed in a pleated form for obtaining a space for accommodating the penis, so that the space for accommodating the penis and the scrotum is obtained without a sewing line, thereby being conveniently worn. And the pleat part supports both sides of the penis, thereby maintaining the penis standing straight, while preventing the penis from being tilted. |
