PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain size distribution measurement data processing device, a grain size distribution measurement device provided with the same, a grain size distribution measurement data processing method, and a grain size distribution measurement data processing program with which it is possible to accurately measure grain size distribution without providing an optical filter.SOLUTION: A relative relationship in each light-receiving element of received-light intensity is stored as intensity information in a storage unit 54 for each of diffraction scattering light diffracted and scattered at a sample while retaining energy and background light other than the diffraction scattering light. An arithmetic unit 512 calculates grain size distribution data, in which the effect of the background light is eliminated, by performing arithmetic on light intensity distribution data by using the intensity information stored in the storage unit 54. |
