The present invention provides an apparatus for testing a ballast water treatment apparatus, which includes: a first tank which accommodates initial marine water; a second tank which cultures microbes; a first marine water treatment apparatus which treats microbes existing in the marine water where the marine water of the first tank and the microbes of the second tank are mixed; a third tank which accommodates the marine water treated by the first marine water treatment apparatus; a fourth tank which accommodates the marine water where the marine water of the first tank and the microbes of the second tank are mixed; a first pipe part which supplies the marine water by being connected to the first tank; a second pipe part which supplies the marine water to the second tank by being branched from the first pipe part; a third pipe part which supplies the marine water flowed out from the first tank to the first marine water treatment apparatus; a fourth pipe part which supplies the marine water mixed with the microbes flowed out from the second tank to the third pipe part; a fifth pipe part which supplies the marine water flowed out from the first marine water treatment apparatus to the third tank; a sixth pipe part which is branched from the third pipe part, and supplies the marine water flowed out from the first tank and the second tank to the fourth tank; a seventh pipe part which discharges the marine water flowed out from the third tank to the outside; an eighth pipe part which supplies the marine water flowed out from the fourth tank to the seventh pipe part; and an absorption pipe part which is linked to the first pipe part, and absorbs the air in a pipe of the first pipe part.
