<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To multiplex a communication path freely without adding turnouts, by making an arbitrary apparatus connectable with all of a plurality of ports of a turnout, thereby allowing automatic setting of a communication path.SOLUTION: The ports P41, P42, P43, P44 of a plurality of turnouts 4A-4I can be connected with other turnout, a controller 5 and an arbitrary apparatus out of a plurality of terminals 1, 2, 3 in its own system, and have predetermined port numbers. When an uplink port/system/ID number management unit 40 generates a connection confirmation frame signal for confirming the information of an apparatus connected with the port, a connection response data signal transmitted from an arbitrary apparatus is received by port data communication units 41, 42, 43, 44 via a port, the connection response data signal having received the connection confirmation frame signal. A port information management unit 45 manages the apparatus information of an arbitrary apparatus, corresponding to the port number of a port that has received the connection response data, on the basis of the connection response data thus received.</p> |
