PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor and a sensor manufacturing method which achieve both a corrosion resistant structure and miniaturization.SOLUTION: A sensor 100 includes: a substrate 10 which has corrosion resistance to a corrosive substance and which has a sensor circuit (not shown) inside; a header 20 which has corrosion resistance to a corrosive substance and which is provided for installing the substrate 10; and electrode pins 30 one ends (upper ends) of which are connected to the sensor circuit and the other ends (lower ends) of which protrude from one surface (an under surface) of the substrate 10. |
