The present invention relates to a prefabricated packing box and, more specifically, to a prefabricated packing box, capable of combining a shape maintaining unit with another position of a fixing groove without changing a side panel when a part of the fixing groove is broken as the shape maintaining unit is able to be inserted into any position of the fixing groove; and saving time for re-assembly as well as laminating and storing first and second shape maintaining pieces without separating the pieces from the side panel by disassembling a hinge shaft combining the first and second shape maintaining pieces. To achieve the purpose, according to the present invention, the prefabricated packing box includes a lower panel having a square panel shape; a number of side panels having an opening part formed in an upper part, and installed in an upper part of the lower panel to form a storage space part inside; an upper panel opening and closing the opening part; a fixing piece included in at least one among an outer surface of the lower and side panels and an outer surface of the side and upper panels; and a shape maintaining part attached to and detached from two parts, and combined with a corner part, having a square frame shape formed by the side panel, to prevent a twist.
