The present invention relates to an image sensor which can minimize a line memory and to an image processing system including the same. The image sensor according to the present invention comprises: multiple pixel groups including pixels which correspond respectively to at least two of multiple row lines contained in a pixel array; a readout block reading out pixel signals outputted from the multiple pixels included in each of the multiple pixel groups; and a row driver controlling the operation of the multiple pixel groups, wherein the multiple row lines are arranged to be spaced apart from each other with differing gaps depending on location information on the multiple pixels.
