PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of improving user convenience by preventing reduction of a transfer speed of an SSD during recovery from a power-saving mode to a normal mode and preventing performance deterioration of the device after recovery to the normal mode.SOLUTION: In an image processing device, a CPU 201 measures the speed of transferring data to an SSD 215 and compares the measured transfer speed with a predetermined value; and determines, if the measured transfer speed is equal to or lower than the predetermined value as a result of the comparison, that transition to a power-saving mode is impossible. |
