A support shaft (15) is rotatably supported distal to the support part (8). A treatment piece (16) is fixed to the support shaft (15). A first end (19a) and a second end (19b) of a power transmission member (19) are fixed to the support shaft (15). The power transmission member (19) passes a first path (20) from the first end (19a) to reach a drive pulley (23), passes around the drive pulley (23) and turns back, and passes a second path (21) to reach the second end (19b). The first path (20) and second path (21) intersect between the first mating toothed part (6) and second mating toothed part (7). When the drive pulley (23) rotates, the power transmission member (19) moves, thereby rotating the support shaft (15) and treatment piece (16).
