PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive support device capable of warning at proper timing, based on a TTC between an own vehicle and a rear side vehicle traveling a rear side of the own vehicle.SOLUTION: The drive support device comprises: rear side object detection means for detecting a relative position of a rear side object traveling a rear side of an own vehicle to the own vehicle, in an adjacent lane adjacent to a travel lane of the own vehicle, and relative speed; calculation means for calculating time required for reaching of the rear side object to a rear end of the own vehicle on the adjacent lane, based on the relative position and relative speed; and warning means for warning to a driver when the time required for reaching, is equal to or less than a threshold. The drive support device further comprises: front side object detection means for detecting a front side object traveling on a front side of the own vehicle; and threshold decision means for deciding the threshold, based on the front side object. |
