PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill for a writing instrument and a writing instrument capable of smoothly supplying liquid ink to a wiring part of a pen point part.SOLUTION: A refill for a writing instrument and a writing instrument include: an ink storage part in which liquid ink is stored; a pen point part having a writing part at its tip to which the liquid ink is supplied from the ink storage part; an ink occlusion member connected to the ink storage part for occluding the liquid ink from the ink storage part; a collector interposed between the ink occlusion member and the pen point part for holding the liquid ink from the ink occlusion member by a capillary phenomenon and achieving a supply balance of the liquid ink in the ink occlusion member; an ink guide member that penetrates through the collector and guides the liquid ink occluded by the ink occlusion member to the writing part of the pen point part; and an inlet forming part formed in a flow passage between the ink storage part and the ink occlusion member which defines a plurality of inlets in the flow passage. |
