A method of manufacturing a tube, and a tube, wherein a high sealing performance between a plurality of holes provided in the interior of the tube can be maintained by providing: a step in which a first tube body (100) and a second tube body (200) are positioned and linked by inserting a first insertion portion (301) of a connecting pin (300) into an end portion of a first hole (101) in the first tube body (100) and inserting a second insertion portion (302) into an end portion of a first hole (201) in the second tube body (200); a step in which the outer circumferential portion of the linking portion between the first tube body (100) and the second tube body (200), and the inner circumferential portions of the first holes (101 and 201) into which the connecting pin (300) has been inserted, are welded over their entire circumference; and a step in which the connecting pin (300) remaining in the first hole (101) of the first tube body (100) and the first hole (201) of the second tube body (200) is removed.
